  • Sourcing: We list products from third-party manufacturers and suppliers located globally (including China, Singapore, and other regions).
  • Fulfilment: When you place an order, we purchase the item from the third-party supplier, who ships it directly to you.
  • No Physical Inventory: Relina.sg does not hold physical stock of the products listed on the Site.
  1. Orders and Acceptance
  • All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inaccuracies in product pricing or availability.
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email confirms we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance until the item has been dispatched.
  1. Shipping, Delivery & Delays

4.1. Delivery Timelines and Guarantee While we strive to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe, international shipping can occasionally be subject to delays due to customs, logistics, or global events. We offer a Delivery Guarantee based on the following timelines. If your order has not arrived by these specific dates after it has been dispatched, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement:

  • Orders to the USA: Considered delayed if not received within 45 days of dispatch.
  • Orders to Brazil: Considered delayed if not received within 110 days of dispatch (due to strict customs clearance).
  • Orders to All Other Countries (inc. Singapore): Considered delayed if not received within 60 days of dispatch.
  • Liquid/Special Products: For orders containing liquids sent via specialized carriers, the period is 100 days.

4.2. Unclaimed Packages and Incorrect Addresses It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Insufficient Address: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missing unit number, or "unknown recipient," Reliance International Trading is not responsible for offering a refund or reshipment.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If the local post office or courier attempts delivery and you are not available, or if the package is held at a local collection point (common in certain regions), it is your responsibility to collect it.
  • Return to Sender: If a package is returned to our logistics partners because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, we are unable to issue a refund as the courier may destroy the package or charge us return fees.

4.3. Risk of Loss (Tracking Shows "Delivered") If the tracking information indicates that your order has been "Delivered" or "Completed," but you have not received it:

  • We generally cannot issue a refund or reshipment, as the courier has fulfilled their duty.
  • We recommend checking with neighbour’s, your local post office, or safe drop locations.
  • In rare cases, we may assist you in filing a claim, but a non-delivery certification issued by your local post office with an official seal will be strictly required for us to process any dispute.

4.4. Customs and Duties For international shipments entering Singapore or other destinations, you (the customer) are the importer of record. You are responsible for any applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) or customs duties.

6.1. Damaged Products We inspect items before dispatch, but damage can occur during transit.

  • Severe Damage: If your item arrives badly damaged or non-functional, we offer a Full Refund or a Free Replacement.
  • Minor Damage: For items with slight wrinkles, small scratches, or loose threads that do not affect the function of the product, we may offer a Partial Refund at our discretion.
  • Packaging Boxes: Please note that we do not offer refunds for damaged packaging boxes (exterior retail boxes) if the internal product is unharmed. International shipping can be rough on cardboard, and the box serves to protect the item.

6.2. Incorrect or Missing Items If you receive the wrong item or an incomplete order:

  • Wrong Item/Color/Size: We will offer a refund or resend the correct item if you provide a photo of the received product along with your shipping label.
  • Missing Parts:
    • If a missing part does not affect the function of the product, we may refund part of the cost or resend the specific part.
    • If a missing part makes the product unusable, we will resend the whole product.

  2. A photo of the shipping label on the package.

6.4. Change of Mind Due to the drop shipping nature of our business, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" once an order has been processed and shipped.
