All orders placed on RELINA are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
What this means for you:
The product prices and shipping costs charged at checkout do not include any international customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees.
Buyer Responsibility:
By proceeding with this shipping method, the buyer assumes full responsibility for any applicable duties and taxes. You will be required to pay these fees directly to your local customs authority or the shipping carrier upon the package's arrival in your country.
RELINA does not collect these fees upfront, cannot predict what they might be, and is not responsible for covering them. If a package is returned or destroyed because of unpaid customs fees, we are unable to issue a refund.
