We operate as a global online marketplace. To bring you the best innovative products, we source items directly from trusted third-party manufacturers and suppliers around the world. When you place an order, the item is shipped directly from the supplier to your door.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

Depending on your location and local laws, international shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes. Customers are considered the importer of record and are responsible for any applicable GST or customs fees upon arrival.

3. Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Because we source globally, shipping times can vary depending on customs and logistics. However, we offer a Delivery Guarantee based on your location. Your order is considered delayed (and eligible for a refund or replacement) if it is not received within:

  • Singapore & Most Other Countries: 60 days from dispatch
  • USA: 45 days from dispatch
  • Brazil: 110 days from dispatch (due to strict customs clearance)
  • Liquid/Specialized Products: 100 days from dispatch
What happens if I enter the wrong address or forget to claim my package?

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout! If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, a missing unit number, or if it is left unclaimed at a local post office/collection point, we are unable to issue a refund or free reshipment.

My tracking says "Delivered," but I haven't received my package. What do I do?

First, please check with your neighbors, your building's security desk, or safe drop locations around your property. If the courier's tracking officially marks the item as delivered, we generally cannot issue a refund. To process a dispute for a lost package marked as delivered, we strictly require an official non-delivery certification (with an official seal) issued by your local post office.

4. Returns, Refunds & Damages

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Due to the direct-from-supplier nature of our marketplace, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" once an order has been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before checking out!

What if my product arrives damaged?

We want you to receive fully functional products.

  • Severe Damage: If the product itself is badly damaged or broken, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement.
  • Minor Damage: For small cosmetic issues (like slight scratches or loose threads) that do not affect how the product works, we may offer a partial refund.
  • Damaged Boxes: International shipping can be rough on packaging. We do not offer refunds for crushed or damaged exterior retail boxes if the actual product inside is unharmed.
What if I receive the wrong item or my order is missing parts?

We will make it right! If you receive the wrong size, color, or item, please contact us. If a missing part makes the product unusable, we will resend the whole product. If the missing part does not affect functionality, we will either resend the specific part or issue a partial refund.

How do I report an issue and request a refund?

You must report any damage, missing parts, or incorrect items within 30 days of your delivery date. To file a claim, email our support team and include:

  1. Clear photos or a video of the damaged/defective product.
  2. A clear photo of the original shipping label on the package.
